You can have the Full Color posters for your events! The Office of Student Life will print ONE free full color poster and THREE free one color posters for your approved event. Additional full color posters will be $5.00 per poster.  Additional one color posters will be $3.50 per poster.

This form should be used by groups to obtain permission to conduct a non event related fundraiser such as candy, MTO coupons, clothing, discount cards,etc.  If your organization is holding an event where admission is charged or where sales/donations will take place strictly during an event, do not use this form, use the Event Registration Form.

This survey is intended to assess reasons graduate students have for determining whether or not to join a professional student affairs associations.  

Students in student affairs graduate programs across the country will be surveyed.  Data from this study will be used in the Masters thesis of a student in the SAHE program at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.  The information gathered will also be of interest to professional student affairs associations in their efforts to recruit and retain graduate students.  

For the purpose of this survey, "Not Applicable" means that you had no interaction or relationship with the item described, NOT that you didn't consider it at all in your decision of whether or not to join a professional organization.
